Publications

Almanach is the SGMOIK's annual print magazine. It brings together a selection of texts produced through our journa­listic writing mentorship programme, which supports researchers in writing articles for a broad audience. These contri­butions make contem­porary research on Islam, the Middle East and North Africa, as well as their connections with other regions of the world, accessible to a wider public. Each issue is comple­mented by an editorial, offering a diverse perspective on research conducted in Switzerland and beyond. Since 2021, Almanach has replaced the SGMOIK Bulletin.
