Research Networks

SAGS fosters the creation of thematic networks, which contribute to the stimulation of research collaborations between universities and regions as well as to the anchoring, networking and development of gender studies research in Switzerland. The thematic and theoretical diversity of gender studies is reflected in the SAGS research networks.

The activities of the research networks represent a central component of the content-related activities of SAGS.

In addition to the possibility of financial support for research network events, SAGS offers visibility on our website, the possibility of communication via our electronic newsletter (Bulletin) and the possibility of publishing research results in the book series “Gender Issues.”

Are you interested in joining one of the existing research networks? Contact the person listed on the page of the respective network.

Would you like to set up a new research network? Suggestions for new thematic research networks can be made at any time. Information on this can be found in the guidelines.

The guidelines for research networks are aimed at existing networks and people who would like to set up a new SAGS research network.
