About the series
The book series “Gender Issues” publishes theoretical and empirical works from the field of gender studies in the humanities and social sciences. It takes into account various disciplines and, as a multilingual series, also builds bridges between different linguistic and cultural research sensitivities.
Founded in 2005 by Prof. Lorena Parini, the series was supervised by the Institut des études genre at the University of Geneva until it was taken over by SAGS in 2019. The series is peer-reviewed and published open access by Seismo.
