This edition of LA Revista invited authors to rethink development in the Amazon. T he contributions to this volume address development policies for the Amazon region and cover cases in Brazil, Ecuador, and Venezuela. The authors speak of a diverse set of focus areas which frontiers are blurred and intersect with one another; they address inclusive education, socioenvironmental justice, energy territories, sustainable agriculture, bioeconomy, and intersectoral governance.
