4. SMG- Studientag

This call is addressed to bachelor’s and master’s students, doctoral candidates, and early-career postdoctoral researchers at Swiss universities and universities of applied sciences.The event offers young researchers the opportunity to meet and present their research projects. The programme includes a poster session, a symposium, and the award ceremony of the Marta Walter Prize, complemented by coffee breaks and an aperitif.

Symposium: presentation of your work in a 20-minute talk, followed by a discussion with the audience.

Poster: presentation of your work in the form of an A0 scientific poster (5-minute oral presentation followed by discussion). Poster production costs are covered by the SMG-SSM.

Please register at the address below by 18 May 2026 and provide the following information:

• Type of presentation (paper or poster)
• A brief biographical note (50–100 words)
• An abstract of your presentation (100–150 words)
