The 14th edition of the Day of Swiss Linguistics (Challenges in Linguistics Research) will take place on Wednesday, 3 June 2026, at USI Università della Svizzera italiana. This edition of the conference is jointly organised by USI (Institute of Argumentation, Linguistics and Semiotics), the Osservatorio Linguistico della Svizzera italiana, and the Centro di dialettologia e di etnografia, and will take place at USI (Via G. Buffi 13, 6900 Lugano).
Interested individual researchers and research groups are invited to submit a summary of one to two pages, including references, via the SciencesConf platform (https://linguisticach.sciencesconf.org/) before 21 January 2026. You will be notified of the outcome of your proposal by 23 February 2026. The document must contain the contact details and affiliations of all persons involved and indicate the chosen presentation format: (i) flashtalk, (ii) flashtalk with one or more posters, or (iii) poster(s) only. We welcome contributions in all national languages and in English.
