The board consists of at least five members of SSMEIC. It is elected by the General Assembly for a term of two years. The same goes for the revisors.
The board decides by simply majority of those present and has a quorum if at least four members are present after proper convocation, including at least two members of the board committee.
The board decides on the admission of members and - subject to the right of appeal to the general assembly - on the rejection of an application for membership or the exclusion of a member.
